Foundation Signs Memorandum of Understanding with University of Wales Trinity Saint David

On 29 April 2026, the TryfactaEDU Global Foundation signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Wales Trinity Saint David to establish a basis for future collaboration in areas of shared interest.

The Memorandum recognises the intention of the two parties to further strengthen their relationship to consider collaborating in areas including but not limited to:

  • Support for the UNESCO-MOST BRIDGES network in its ongoing work to develop activities and profile in India and in South East Asia region,
  • Strengthening sustainability science in higher education, including developing transdisciplinary knowledge, research collaboration, and academic capacity building,
  • Exploration of future collaborative opportunities in areas such as digital innovation, online learning, workshops and conferencing, short course activity and academic programme development.

The basis for collaboration will be further refined in May–June 2026, working with the governing bodies of the UNESCO-MOST BRIDGES programme.

Interim Chairman of the Foundation Board of Directors, Dr. John Crowley, stressed the importance of the Memorandum of Understanding for the Foundation’s development. “One thing the University found particularly attractive, was the Foundation’s Strategic Plan”, he said. “We succeeded in creating traction for our vision of the connections between the various levels of education, from primary to tertiary, and for the connection between inclusion, performance, and innovation, in education. The relationship we’ve established will be a major asset as we start establishing the Foundation’s programmes and concrete activities.”

This Memorandum marks an important step forward in advancing shared commitments to inclusive, innovative, and sustainable education through meaningful global partnership.
